My wife's favorite dish was not on the menu. I asked if it could it could be made, and they obliged. Great service.
Best tasting fried rice i have found since the closing of the mandarin garden. Missing vegetables though, most places aren't... doing this though i'm used to fried rice with carrots peas and scallions. And they don't seem to be sauteing it like they usedto. Beef and broccoli also a good flavor they added carrots like i asked which was great, the sauce was a little more gravy likethan i'm used to it's usually shiny and thickened with cornstarch or arrowroot.
