Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet and reasonably dark. Very convenient location next to the restaurant in between Zion and Bryce parks. Room with two queens was quite tight. Price was excellent. Hardworking staff.

We each ordered a different breakfast; bacon, eggs, potatoes and toast, breakfast burrito, and pancakes. Prices we?re reasonable and food quality was better than expected. Ordering was at the cashier and food brought out by a server.

We stayed here for two nights and had lunch once from the restaurant. Staff were good, room is clean and the area is quite but the room is small and the bathroom is super tiny. Room was congested with not much space left for the luggage. Added to this the AC was loud and the bathroom flush was making noise for every hour or so. Food wise , pizza was good but Chicken Alfredo was not bad.

Small rooms with unsecure windows that let bugs in. Breakfast is not included and didn't taste good. Was woken up by someone using a leaf blower outside... He even tried to come in for 'room service' even though I was there for 1 night. Fyi to all the vagrants out there... They have guests leave the key in the room unlocked so enjoy your free room!!!

Great little gem of a cafe. Friendly people and good food. We did not stay in the motel. Room to park a truck and trailer on the road. Would definitely stop in again if in the area.

Positive: Great location near Bryce Canyon National Park and other parks and trails on the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cleaned and organized. We had dinner and breakfast at their cafe and it was great.

We stayed here one night on our way to Bryce. The rooms/bathroom were small but it was extremely clean and cozy. Elaine who worked at the cafe/store checked us in and served us dinner later too. She's the nicest person ever! For breakfast in the morning we had a young man to serve us and he was super friendly. A cute little town, we'd love to come back again! The food and service were amazing. A definite must to stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights during our anniversary trip to Utah. Yes, the rooms are small. But, they were clean and home-y. The bed was comfortable, we both slept well. The people who worked in the office and on-site restaurant were very nice and the food was excellent. The meals were some of the best values in terms of size and price that we got on our trip to Utah. Also can't beat that it's close to much of the best of southern Utah. It's less than 2 hours from Zion, Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon (like a miniature Bryce Canyon), Duck Creek Village, Cedar Breaks, Grand Staircase-Escalante, Mammoth Cave, and more if you have time for it. We visited all these places in three days time. We want to go back!
