Pizza Friday. Checked out Philomena Santucci's square pizza in Hatfield. Went for the large chicken Parm pizza. Was pretty good.... Felt like a lighter Sicilian pie. Similar taste but less dough. The cheese tasted fresh and the sauce was good. Could've usedmore chicken. Could see some tiny pieces of basil in the sauce but no noticable Parm sprinkles. Dough tasted good but looks likethe bottom could be crispier. It was a good pie though. Overall 8.4. Worth checking out. Can be a little pricey. Paid about $25for a large specialty pie. I recently moved to Hatfield from Long Island, and let me tell you, us New Yorkers are famous for our pizza. I heard Santucci?s... was a great place to try for pizza and it did not disappoint!
