I don't live in Hattiesburg but on my recent visit I stopped by and bought a 10-piece fish family meal supposed to come with... french fries hush puppies and coleslaw. I drove 60 mi home only to find out that I have five pieces of fish ton of french friesand a half a pint of coleslaw for $30 I don't believe I got my money's worth in service or product. Read more
Everything was good with the exception of the cole slaw. The workers greeted us and the establishment was pretty dang clean.
Customer Service is horrible! Cashier (Shannon) slammed the window door in my face after I asked for a complimentary water for... waiting at the speaker forever to place my order! Ask to speak to the manager who is Tracy, she was even more rude! I was notpleased and Management is leading by example which is why the workers are terrible as well. This is crazy! Read more
