I don?t know where to begin! I walked into an empty restaurant. Not a soul in sight. Walking in behind me was an older lady and... a young man. Neither one had on any type of ?uniform?. She had on blue jeans and a t-shirt. He had on shorts and a t-shirt.Nothing stands out as either one being employees. As the older lady walked behind the counter she asked How can I help you. Isaid I want to place an order. She asked HUH? So I raised my voice I would like to place an order. And I said to her, I am likeyou. I can?t hear out of one ear. That?s when the young man got between me and the counter and was shaking his head (NO) Ilooked at him and asked NO? What I can?t place an order? That?s when he proceeded to call me a B. I said WHOA what did you justcall me? He said pointing to the older lady behind the counter and said it was aimed at her. (Say what?) now I do not understandwhy she didn?t kick him out at that point! Clearly he looks like a customer! He kept tapping his chest and asked Do you seethis? Do you see this? Me?No What am I looking for? He said, This is my uniform. (It?s a t-shirt for a recutting office for theMarines) If he thought that his t-shirt was going to intimidate me, sorry but that didn?t work! I was raised by an MP in theMarines. Good luck intimidating me kiddo. He told me to leave. I said, You are a customer telling me to leave? Which I didn?t. Iwas there to get a pizza. Not to argue with some punk! This entire time the lady behind the counter was on the phone withChurches Chicken. After she hung up I proceeded to place my order and I asked, Can I place my order without being interrupted.She repeated my order and this kid again interrupted me by telling her what my order was. I said Excuse me sir. I felt like thelady was never going to stand up for me! She never once told him to leave. She let this kid talk however he wanted to me. Exceptionally rude answering the phone. Apparently they couldn?t hear or understand me and thought I was crazy to have a coupon... that was mailed to me. I spoke clear English. It was the way they handled the call, very unprofessional. I told them I washaving an issue using it online and they were unable and not willing to help. The most frustrating experience I have ever hadordering a pizza. The manager, Anne or Anna, was not any better than her associate. Seemed like they were having a bad day andput it out on me. After the call I went back online, and the system just updated that one of pizzas I was ordering was notavailable, oh okay that is why it wasn?t working. First time ordering a pizza at Marco in Haughton on 5/9/22. Will be the last time. Ordered a large deluxe pizza.
