Saw this lady?s review so felt I should post my side. I was buying darts here during a fiasco with a customer who was upset... because of a misunderstanding about wine price. I watched as this woman berated the employees, claiming she was being scammed,yelling at us other customers as if to convince us to walk out of the store. When eventually she was asked to leave the store,she called 911 and told the police the man behind the counter confiscated her credit card. The police come to get the story andturns out, they deal with this lady often.Truly embarrassing display from an adult, dealing with young twentysomethings workingfor a small business. Props to the gentlemen at the store for remaining calm despite the verbal nonsense being spewed at them. Read more

A clerk on this weekend screamed at an ELDERLY DISABLED woman!!!!! She had casts on both hands. The prices are not marked... correctly; shelf & bottle tags do not ring correctly, no scanner either. This poor woman left the store crying after beingSCREAMED AT BECAUSE SHE ASKED FOR HELP?? The clerk told her she had to buy 2 bottles of wine. She returned with two bottlesalmost dropping because she could not hold them. She said this to him. Clearly she was older and having a hard time? The youngkid (same who also pockets change a large bills by not ringing things in) should have helped her. She asked for help and he toldher to leave. The clerk kicked out an elderly woman who asked him to assist her by placing the bottles of wine on the counter. Her debit card still on the counter. The clerk put it in his pocket. We in the neighborhood have known One Stop is a familyowned place. The rudeness and short changing is never going away. We do count our change before you leave!
