Great restaurant, with a great atmosphere! The food was on point as well. I had the red snapper and jerk chicken, which were... both delicious. The fish was seasoned well and fried just right, and the jerk chicken was moist with a crispy skin and just theright amount of spice. Although the prices were a bit on the higher end, every else was an amazing experience. We celebrated abirthday here and they came out with a big light up sign and a sparkler, definitely left the celebrant with a big grin, as wellas the rest of the table. An easy 3 star restaurant. We scheduled a reservation and when we (3) walked in we were so happy to have an energetic ambiance... right by the water but were almost instantly let down. We did not receive 1 of the 2 appetizers we ordered, it took numerousrequests to receive a second drink, and our server was entirely concerned with a table of 8 next to us, but paid NO attention tous.…. It took us SO long to get a new drink, our bill and any amount of attention. It took numerous times of waving and askingfor our server to actually receive attention. At the end of our transaction, Jay (I presume the manager) was apologetic. I had lunch with my family at Don Coqui today, and we had the most amazing time! The ambiance and view is beautiful, the food is... awesome, staff is courteous and attentive!!
