It is quite a buzzing atmosphere with groups of young folks and many regular folks like myself in line placing fancy drink... orders with more syllables than I can pronounce (as you would expect). I just ordered a small black coffee and a slice of cakefrom the display stand. It sounds very standard until I waited almost 25 minutes for my small black cup of coffee. I watch theservers brought all the fancy drinks to the counter, calling out by name the patrons. I stood in plain sight so I wasn'tmissed. 12 minutes later the server brought the slice of cake, no coffee, I had to remind her my small black coffee, she says,"oh it's coming" I waited again, saw her went back to the machine, fidgeted, filled a cup went out of sight and then nothing. Iwas too surprised to be impatient and grateful it was a Sunday and not a morning on my way to work. This process I have donemany times with an instantaneous return. 8 minutes later, the server came with the small cup of coffee, call my name and placedit on the counter. I picked up the coffee, eager for a sip because it my first caffeine moment of the day, now I am slightlyannoyed and still perturb by the wait. Starbucks is definitely pricier especially compared to some local cafés but they are consistent and consistency is important!... People want their coffee made a certain way every time and Starbucks can do that. Read more
Very convenient location , no drive through, either mobile order pick up or in cafe seating. There were some outdoor setup as... well cafe was separated out from barista. Nice way to relax and enjoy your drink while working. Staffs here are friendly , cleanand well maintained store . Parking is enough for the location but for the full captivity of inside might be a issue to getparking on spot but there are option you can park nearby. Store located at moderately high traffic road so getting in and out ofparking is not very buttery smooth not tough as well. One star taken out due to we did not much liked the cappuccino. The beverage was made with love by one of the 2 women that were there. 1 didn?t seem too interested in serving me, however the... other one who was sitting down initially hopped right up and provided excellent service. They had ran out of Venti cups at thetime I arrived, but she went above and beyond by improvising with a larger cup that she filled up. The other lady said shedidn?t know how to do it, so I hope she learned that day. Again, she seemed uninterested in doing anything at that time I wasthere.
