I witnessed an appalling behaviour of the owner towards a customer yesterday evening. Customer wanted to pay with a prepaid card... which appeared to be accepted, yet the owner dismissed him and demanded a different card in a rude way. Do not want to give mybusiness to someone who treats customers disrespectfully. I walked out immediately and will never go back. Shame on them. Read more
We made reservations for 18 people of all ages and everyone had a delicious meal. I had the fettuccini alfredo with grilled... chicken breast. The alfredo sauce was thick and creamy and the chicken was nicely seasoned and in plentiful long slicedstrips. The service was friendly and attentive and really made us feel welcome. The sandwiches I've had there are really good, I got the one called the old neighborhood and it was excellent. The atmosphere... is a little strange there's never any lights on in the place and there's just two dudes behind the counter and they're a bitodd. They are friendly, there's just a weird vibe sometimes but don't let that distract you the sandwich is worth it. And asfar as no lights on in the restaurant just sit outside on a nice day.... The meals were delicious, but the waitstaff was not very attentive, and the gentleman behind the take-out counter was rude. My... wife walked up to ask some questions about the desserts. We were trying to surprise our out of town family members with us, bygetting some to go, that we could enjoy while relaxing back at our house before they had to get on the road home. I get that the gift card might not be valid, but at least call someone for help or at least pretend thatyou care. I would have thrown the food at him and leave.
