Great burgers, selection of local draft beers, server whose name I forgot was not from there originally, she did a great job.
Slow service due to completley forgetting to put our order in. Once we got our food the burgers were very good and extremely... filling. If in the area I'd revisit but not going out of my way to get a bite. Read more

Wow! One of the best burgers. Pictured is the Bison Burger sub with Blue Cheese. The fries are their garlic wedge fries. We were recently staying in Hayesville, NC. We were referred to Chevelle by another restaurant that had closed for the... afternoon when we arrived. Our waitress Alexis was top notch. She kindly explained the food we asked about. There was a" new tous "soup on the special that she so kindly brought a small sample out without being asked. Lenny got the soup. I got thechicken tenders that was actually recommended to us from the store Molly and Me. Received the best chicken tenders I have evereaten. Nice, fresh grease, light golden batter. Alexis was attentive to us. The bar/grill had a nice hometown feel to it.Alexis just went over the top our whole visit. Upon leaving, my husband asked directions on how to get to routes we wanted.
