In Haymarket for the weekend and my vegan daughter wanted to try the food since they had something she could eat. Very pleasant... experience! The place is so cute and plenty of natural light - just a pleasant feel all around. The veggies in her fajita wereso bright and fresh and colorful! It was a beautiful plate. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals as well. Our server was verypleasant and was attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Read more

There are many nice things to say about this place. The menu is varied and creative. The ingredients are fresh and high quality.... The food preparation and presentation are above average and the service is great. The standout is the fried plantains - plumpand succulent, fried to perfection. The big detraction was the margarita - whatever they are using for a mix they need to changeimmediately - bitter and sour. The reason I didnt rate this place more highly overall is that the food - from the salsa to theguacamole to the enchiladas, burrito, and rice and beans - is bland. Really, really bland. If you're from the southwest or havespent any significant time there, or just like spicy flavorful food, you will be disappointed by this restaurant. They havetailored the food to southern, not southwestern, taste. I applaud the effort, but I'm not planning to go back. Read more
