Traveling through on a long trip, ?e happened upon Paisley Pair. Good service, excellent atmosphere. They executed their menu... really well. The menu was not large, and I found myself wanting some kind of vegetable side, but that's only a minor quibble.What they did was really good. Read more
This was my first visit to the Paisley Pear in Hays. I've heard so many good things about it and would have to say it was even... better than expected! The quaint decor made me feel as if I was back in one of the unique bistros in Denver (which I sincerelymiss). The service was top-notch and the food delicious - you just have to try their flatbread pizza! Will definitely returnon my future trips to Hays! Read more

A long trip to Hays for an appointment became a lovely outing when we decided to have lunch at the Paisley Pear. So many... delicious sounding menu items it was hard to decide. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choices (we'll definitelyreturn and try other selections). Besides the great sandwiches and salad, we brought home some organic blueberry preserves, andwill stock up on other locally-made products next time (didn't know there was sausage until I read a review after we'd comehome!). I'm posting photos of our sandwiches, but forgot to take a pic of the rhubarb pie and ice cream! So good! Very attentivefriendly server, and the owner stopped to chat. Nice people! Read more
