Food was as ordered and received hot but they didn't use points for order so had to have them adjust total. Also didn't tell us... they were out of the Halloween buckets in the Happy Meals. We used drive thru. Read more
First things first. Failed to follow simple orders. Couldn't even give a second bag that we asked for. Messed up on my sisters... Spicy chicken sandwich. Then when we took it back all they did was put mayonnaise on it, and told my sister that we're the oneswho messed up on the order. When the cashier even told her that it was meant to be spicy. Took so long to "fix" our order, ourfries were cold and soggy and the ice in our drinks were melted by the time we left. Horrible costumer service, will not bereturning. Read more
