I have lived in Castro Valley my whole life and about 1.5 miles from Rosy's for YEARS. Yesterday I went to Rosy's for the first... time with my husband and OH MY GOODNESS. First of all, it's a tiny cozy spot with plenty of parking as it is in a shoppingcenter. The service was super quick and friendly. The FOOD... YUM!!! I had the hoboplate with a biscuit and gravy. Consistently Great Quality, Value & Service I come here often and have never been disappointed. I usually order off the... breakfast menu. Everything is made to order; food does not sit under a heat lamp. My coffee cup doesn't stay empty for longbefore I'm asked for a refill. My orders have been correctly prepared for the last 5 years.
