Ordered a pizza at 2pm for 5pm. Called at 530 pm to ask what happened since the pizza hadn't been delivered. Was told I could... redeem a free pizza when the store hung up on me. Finally the pizza was delivered at 540 and then no longer were my callsanswered. Never will I get papa johns again. Pizza hut is better anyway Read more
Ordered my pizza for pickup at 5:30 and didn't get my food until 6:20 despite being told several times it would only be "15... minutes" or "less than 5". They did apologize and tried to make it right but if I knew it would take that long I would've justcalled domino's. Read more
We called and placed an order for delivery. My husband was told it would be about 15 minutes, alright cool, an hour and 15... minutes later still no pizza. My husband then calls to check in and the lady told him it shows the driver on our road, greatthanks, well 15 minutes later it arrives, now mind you our home is located 2 minutes from one cross section and 4 minutes fromthe other criss section of the 2 main roads our connects so why 15 minutes later if your driver is on our road, but wait there'smore. The lady on the phone was a bit rude. After our pizza arrives we noticed that it's not what we ordered, so we call, thephone gets answered several times then he gets hung up on several times, then calls back and his calls are ignored multipletimes after. We had to use a different number just for the call to get answered, funny story, the other number was ignored butthe new number was answered and it was a new person behind the phone this time. We order from this location every week. I always do carry out except for tonight I asked for delivery. Over an hour later and... still no pizza. After multiple calls and being told several times that it was On it?s way I finally gave up and called back tohave the order canceled. I understand everyone is short staffed if I would have been told from the beginning that a drivercouldn?t deliver I would have gladly picked up my order verses having crying kiddos because their pizza didn?t show. I evenadded the tip prior to it being delivered. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from here again. We will start going to Marcosfrom now on. Read more
