Incompetence. If I give you my order and then I get to the window and you charge me for not my order and then have to rering... my order up and make me wait another 20 minutes in line and I still don't get what I ordered that's that's the definition ofincompetence. I don't understand how it's so difficult to take an order and deliver it, that's what you do... if you ordersupreme you should get supreme as that's what I paid for now I'm being robbed because of the lack of competent staff. You want$15 a hour but can't tie shoelaces or differentiate between no tomatoes and tomatoes when people pay for something that's whatthey should get. When did not caring or having no self appreciative work ethics become a standard? First off I came 7 mile away from my home to this Taco Bell to order my very particular granddaughter something to eat. She... only eat certain things so it?s very important that her food is right in order for me to get her to eat. At the speaker I had torepeat my order 4x. I asked for 2 soft tacos no tomato with sour cream and nacho cheese and 1 chicken soft tacos same way. Theycharged me $13 and some change. I got home and they gave me only 2 tacos and they were both chicken with shredded cheese nonacho cheese with tomatoes on it. Now you know what that mean!!!! MY GRANDDAUGHTER DIDN'T EAT IT SO SHES JUST HUNGRY NOW BECAUSESHE WONT EAT THE TACO SHE WANTED HER BEEF TACOS WITH NACHO CHEESE NO TOMATO!!! BECAUSE IM LIMITED IN MONEY SHE WILL NOT GET TOEAT AND IM HIGHLY UPSET BECAUSE TACO BELL WILL NOT EVEN ANWER THE PHONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM!
