TRASH! Poorly ran franchise. First time I ordered here and even after reading the bad reviews I still did...what a... mistake. Forgot the steak in my steak bowl, matter fact I got rice, lettuce, beans, and the fajita veggies I paid extra for. Wealso ordered other items that were missing ingredients but hey put a black check on the receipt bc this is done! So we calledthe store, girl on the phone was rude and standoffish Ultimately told me that the manager would have to call me and speak to mebefore I was given a refund. At this point I wasn't driving all the way back over there to get what I originally paidfor....just refund me!. Well it's been 4 days and still no phone call or refund. Save your money and stress...the reviews aretrue. It's a bunch of teenagers with no supervision or accountability. Your order will be wrong and you will be beat. Plenty ofother options in the area. We recently used the Hazlet location to cater for a birthday party. Wayne and his staff were attentive, accommodating, and... arguably some of the nicest people I?ve ever dealt with in the restaurant business. From start to finish the experience wasfantastic! I am happy to amend this review if the next time we order and things have improved with the delivery offood. The thing that always happen is orders are not complete or filled improperly. Someone is not checking accuracy ofoutgoing orders. Also rice always has hard kernels in it. Change containers out instead of just dumping more in. Read more
