Quivira is a lovely place with beautiful gardens. We were invited to take our glasses of wine and help ourselves to their... (delicious) strawberries. Our host was lively, friendly and very knowledgable. We liked the wines and would recommend thetasting experience. Read more
A real working garden fronts the tasting room at Quivira. It is delightful and full of fruit and vegetables as well a flowers.... They let you wander the garden while you are tasting. The outdoor testing area is shaded by old olive trees and is large andcomfortable. Chris was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed our tasting. We also got to see the barrel room and indoor tastingroom and not only bought wine, but also were gifted herbed cooking salts. Definitely a great place to stop. Read more
I have been a wine club member for years. I really enjoy walking the vineyards down to the Dry Creek with a glass of wine. The... gardens with their produce are great and I enjoy seeing the chickens. Chris is a great host and we can talk about things otherthan wine. He does not beat me over the head trying to sell me wine, which I appreciate. Read more
Best winery visit of the trip. The gardens are beautiful, the wines unique, fresh and tasty. Boutique place, not putting on... airs, just making and pouring good wine. Our hostess, new to Quivira, was wonderful fun! Read more
