Went with my wife and son. Ordered two All American Cheeseburgers which came with fries. My son ordered the smoked brisket... sandwich. The wait was around 35 minutes after ordering. Once we got our order, we were surprised how few fries we received. Like an order of small fries from Mcdonalds. The Cheeseburgers and fries were very good taste wise however the brisket sandwichwas not. It was very fatty. We were there too long to complain once we got the check though. Also, the restaurant wasfreezing! Very uncomfortable. Not likely to return for awhile. Hopefully things improve. Read more

I... talk to the manger about he told me they had some call off there people didn't show up to work. I told him better not happenagain when I come back and watch the big game. We went to B Dubs to do our fantasy football draft. Everything from the hostess, to our waitress, the drinks and all but 1 food... item was perfect.. the All American burger. Granted, it's been a few years since I've ordered one, and I've never been to theHeath location, but I've never been told they can't serve the burger any way other than well done. Some people may prefer itthat way, but to me, when the juice is cooked out, it's no longer a tasty burger. I took the chance and asked if they could doit just a little less than well done, so I wasn't going to send it back when it arrived completely well done, gray in themiddle. We had an absolutely amazing experience. First off, our waitress, Hayley, was phenomenal! Very friendly and fun! Secondly, when... our boneless wings came out as traditional, she very quickly got us a replacement. We got our replacement in 10 minutes and hada genuinely fun experience with it and Hayley who we joked with the whole time. Will happily come again! Read more
