Asked for personal works pizza to be "well done" I like a crisp crust. Evidently they don't know what "crisp crust" means !
Used to be one of my favorite pizza places, last 3 times it has been pretty bad starting with the guy on the phone, then getting... the order wrong (or giving us the wrong order) and getting overcooked or under cooked food. A month ago I had to ask to speak tosomeone else because he didn?t understand I wanted the 150 pepperoni pizza?made hubby call last time and he repeated everything3 times and we still got the wrong food. 2 stars is generous!! This is the nastiest pizza place ever they don't fully cook their pizza and they think that is funny they insult the customer... and laugh at them as does their pathetic corporate office. What a sad excuse for a business. so be warned if you get food fromthis place plan on taking it home and cooking it yourself because they can't be bothered to do it for you. Read more
Not good service both in the manager taking care of the window, she was more involved in talking to her staff than waiting on... me. And my pizza was supposed to be a thin crust which is was but, it was doughy, raw. I try to crisp it up in my oven howeverisn't a well cook product that you pay for should be cook? Read more

I have been eating Domino's pizza my whole life and live just 2 miles from them. If you eat in the restaurant you'll have... excellent service and food, but if you order delivery there's a good chance it will be cold, missing items and sub standard. Iorder the same thing ever time and it's always missing something, cold and food is substandard. When I talked to a manager aboutit today, he was sarcasttic, rude and didn't apologize, offer an explanation... nothing. I've never experienced anything likeit. He kept making me repeat it and half laughing about it. WHOEVER PUT THIS MAN IN CHARGE MUST BE OUT OF THEIR MIND!!!! Ican't imagine Donatos wanting this man to represent their company. I know I won't be calling them for delivery again and willprobably make the drive to another Donatos and give them my business....or just give up on them altogether. They are one of themost expensive anyway- Pizza lovers beware! FYI- this is the Donatos on 79 in Heath.
