Ordered two large one topping pizzas and was charged sixteen dollars per pizza. There are coupons for ten dollars per pizza.... Walked in to the place and i was ignored for a good five minutes. The pizza was even worse than the service and beingovercharged. I will be contacting corporate. Read more
I was hesitant to order from Papa John's because my brother said he recently ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and was... disappointed. It's Sunday, and my normal go to pizza places are closed. So I took a chance, and I'm so glad I did. The pizza waseverything I had hoped it would be. The employees at the Heath store working the evening of Sunday, April 24, 2022 seemedoverworked, but they handled the rush like champs. Horrible company. Ordered contactless delivery twice Newark location- both times order took double the time to be delivered. ... Tracker says its on its way but still shows its at the store still. Called in to see what was going on and some angry mananswers the phone who has no idea what customer service means. Canceled the order to have the delivery driver come banging onmy door & then when I tell him I canceled the order he stands outside my house screaming. This is with the $5 delivery fee & a$5 tip. They still charged me for the food! Still haven't gotten my money back. There should be a zero rating for thiscompany! Read more
