The Best thing about this bar was the manager Denzel. He took great care of us the whole night. The blonde at the bar refused to... serve the people of color. She yelled across the bar and ignored my family the entire night. Denzel smoothed everything out andthe only reason I would come back to this location would be because of him. Read more
Horrible place!! It was an all WHITE staff.The two blondes refuse to serve a couple, that were of color. They had to wait until... a manger was there for him noticed. After they complained that they were being CLEARLY BEING IGNORED. Even then the bartenderswere hesitant to serve them. They didn?t do anything wrong but sit patiently. The two blonde bartenders were rude and one ofthem was yelling at people telling them to leave as some of the guest were trying and RUSH to finish their last pool game as whowe think was the ?Manager? told them to finish their last game. One of the blonde bartenders was yelling telling the guest to?HURRY UP WERE CLOSED, WAITING ON YOU TO LEAVE ALREADY, I WANT TO GO HOME, LEAVE!!!?. Management *some chubby WHITE guy* let thebartenders not only DISRESPECT the guest but also had a shot with the two bartenders as they proceeded to kick people out and heallowed these said bartenders to curse and yell at the guest. When a guest stood up to them and said how terrible they werebeing treated , the ?Manger? continued to excuse the bad behavior from the bartenders to the guest and only offer the guest a?Shot? but should ?Expect? that ?Next Time they decided to come in ?15 min before closing?. The bartenders weren?t attentive at all. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before they realized we were there. Asked to see if... they had a cocktail menu and a rude blonde waitress said ?this is a bar honey?. My friends and I look young, but we?re all overthe age of 21. An employee proceeded to make fun of us and say ?these kids say they?re 21.? They then took 5 minutes to checkour ID?s and another 15 minutes to get us drinks. There was a mixup with payment that the manager handled very well. Would notrecommend coming here. At least drinks were reasonably priced. Read more
