I've been trying to go during posted business hours, but they're never open. I have celiac and have been wanting to try this... place out and maybe buy something/support local but everytime I've gone it's not open. I've tried to give them a phone call butit went striaght to a voicemail-type message. I'll give them one more try, but if they're not open next time I'm never goingthere because it's ridiculous that a business isn't open during their posted (on their store window) hours. Read more

Very good gluten free food. The low star ratings seem related solely to open hours. Sometimes the owner has to close for baking... and cannot take time away from cooking in order to properly serve customers, as she is short handed, but is hiring, so thatshould be solved. The buttermilk bread is literally the best sandwich bread I?ve ever had bothglutenous and not. I understand the low ratings are based on their business hours however if you live in the Salt Lake area it?smuch easier and more effective to go to the farmers market in Pioneer Park to purchase their delicious bread.
