I love Lindsey?s Resort. I cannot say enough about how clean everything was, and all that I needed was in my cabin. The grounds... are beautiful, and the staff very professional and Knowledgeable about the area. Wonderful experience. I highly recommendLindsey?s. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that I didn't eat at the restaurant there (it was closed for theholidays). Was an ok experience. The rooms are nice and clean and tidy. Everything you need in your cabin for what ever you need in a... mini kitchen. No extra blankets though. The staff at the front office kind of reminded me of kids that their dad was makingthem work the weekend shift and did not seem to happy to be there. The staff could have been a little nicer. We did not eat atthe on site restaurant but have heard it was good. We did not try it. Other than the staff seeming like they hated life it wasan alright stay. Would do it again. Read more

Great cabin. Location perfect. Friendly older lady in the shop. Wish I could remember her name. Young employees could learn... alot from her. The boating and fishing doc needs a major cleaning. As far as the cabin no oven so toaster would be nice. Thefloors left our feet dirty from day one . Not something that would keep me from going back. It is a beautiful location. If your looking for the perfect place to fish for Trout at a reasonable cost, Lindsey Resort is the place. First of all, the... staff are super awesome and very kind. Reservations are necessary for the room, boat and for the restaurant. The room is VERYCLEAN and it is designed like a log cabin. Very spacious and feels like home. We are facing the river and the view isbeautiful. There is plenty of fish and they do bite here on rooster tails. White and red. 1/8 oz. Trolling is also recommended.Boats are not super cheap, 150 for the whe day is a bit steep but worth it. Levi will get you going and instruct the new comerhow to use the boats. The restaurant is the best They will cook up to 3 of your trout for you per person. Includes fries andhush puppies. I think $25 per person. I recommend the Pan seared Grouper with crawfish sauce. Felt like 5 star and treated like5 star. The chef delivered our dinner with pride and rightfully so. It was amazing. Over all....this place is a perfect 10. Read more
