We have always ordered from you and have got great pizza and well done wings. Today we ordered veggie pizza and 2 orders of... wings well done with blue cheese and it was so disappointing. The pizza crust was still raw in the center, the veggies onpizza were awesome. The wings were ok, but the blue cheese was like gelatin and no blue cheese. Delivery person was great. Read more
We like their pizza, wings, and salads. Unfortunately the last three delivery orders have been incomplete so tonight I stopped... the driver before he left to let him know what we were missing. He asked if I wanted him to bring the rest of the order(really?), I said yes, and he never came back (even though I tipped him on the incomplete order). I eventually called and themanager was nice enough, but it seems like an ongoing issue they haven't been able to solve. We were so excited to have adelivery place nearby with good food but I'd suggest you keep your expectations low. We always use online ordering but if youcall in person you may have a better chance of getting everything you order since the last three times we were missing somethingwe were eventually told it didn't come because they were "out of it." I?ve always had a good experience with wicked slice in Hebron. I live in colchester and I?m right at the edge of their delivery... zone, but I?ve had my pizza delivered several times much sooner than the projected time. Only once I had a somewhat frustratingtime ordering from them, where I ordered a pizza and they said it would be about an hour. After two hours went by I called andthey said it was on its way, after three I called again being slightly frustrated (but polite), and the girl on the phone wasvery polite and helpful and they ended up unexpectedly refunding my money for the pizza. This place makes great pizza and thefact that they refunded me for a late delivery shows they care about their customers. Five stars for great pizza and greatservice! Read more
