I only ever go inside to order/eat and the food has always been good, fast and correct. It's just me, and my orders are simple... though...so there's that. I see many complaints are about the drive-thru, and I'd *highly* suggest just parking and going insideto order, especially when using app; it moves much quicker. On another note, the younger employees seem to do a lot of goofingoff. They are also unfriendly/rude for most part. There was a teen male (long hair) that called my number and passed me my foodtoday (around 2:00 p.m. on 10/16). Absolutely disappointed in the quality of the food and the very very long wait time the food was cold nuggets and fries and the... worse part besides the wait the fries were extremely and I kid you not they where very very salty you couldn't even eat youwould grab a fry and had tons of salt in your fingers and to top things off the sprite was watered down. I experienced a concern regarding food safety, so I called this restaurant. I simply asked who the franchisee was, and the 2... managers who answered the phone acted like I insulted them. When I was on hold, on manager made a dishonest claim I called themretarded for asking that questions, which I absolutely did not. I was told the owners name was confidential, then I was told 2different names for the owner. Then I was told they didnt know who the owner was. I was sold raw hamburger and I wanted toaddress this issue. But after 2 phone calls, I'm....confused. I instead will be calling the NKY health authorities.
