The fact that I have to give 1 star upsets me, the service and my experience today at this location was negative and they failed... completely on providing good customer service. Being a customer based company I expected better. I'm a Truck Driver so I travelto these truck stops all around the states very often. Today I stopped by and ordered specifically "2 regular chickensandwhiches " I bit into my food only to realize that it was spicy. I went to the counter to ask if I can get differentsandwhiches as I did not ask for spicy and was rudely told by the cashier that I bit the sandwhich and they can not be swappedout! Excuse me? I'm totally confused. 1. I did not order anything spicy. 2. For them giving me the incorrect order immediately Ishould have received an apology and giving the 2 regular chicken sandwhiches I ordered. BUT INSTEAD I SPENT ANOTHER 20BUCKS..to buy 2 regular sandwhiches what I originally ordered to begin with. Now usually I would have just left but I've beendriving all night and was hungry so I did pay, however I will be contacting corporate and writing a review. I asked to speakwith a Manager and was told to wait a few seconds, which turned into almost 19 minutes to be approached by yet another rudeperson. Who as a Manager should have refunded me for the 2 incorrect sandwhiches I received Buttttttt Noooooooo again I was toldI bit into the sandwhich and there was nothing they can do about it. Unbelievable. Who trained these reps on customer service???Sadly this is exactly how you lose customers. Read more
Staff is wonderful, very clean restaurant Food was ready in a reasonable time
The food has been good. But, however, PEOPLE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THREE times now when I have... used the drive thru service and gotten back home to eat our food , several items of our food was NOT in the bag. Especiallywith today's gas prices having to drive back there AGAIN to retrieve the rest of our order is really very disappointing andaggravating to say the least. And also, when I opened our TWO side orders of Pimento cheese spread, there were ONLY ONE verysmall little teaspoon size scoop in that bowl!! So, needless to say we did NOT get our money's worth, on several occasionsreally. I do realize they are short staffed and very busy but I do hope they can improve soon. Read more
It was ok. Was told the chicken was "spicy", but it wasn't, not to a South Mississippi man. Even my daughter said it was mild... and bland. The biscuits are amazing!!! The sweet tea isn't bad (needs fresh lemons), the mashed potatoes are bland until you putgravy on them, and the dirty rice isn't as flavorful as it should be. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 3 is thebiscuits and tea! The sweet tea isn't too sweet or not sweet enough, it's just right on the sweetness. Add some brown gravy fromthe mashed potatoes to the dirty rice, and it sets it on point. Read more

Grilled chicken sandwich juicy and fresh. The french fries were dry and not very fresh. The chicken strips were more like... chicken nuggets. Thankfully they gave me 5 rather than the 3 in the meal I ordered. Read more
