Locations feels very rundown and dirty, dining room needs lots of attention. Gross from floor to ceiling, both restrooms out of... order, condiment dispensers out of order or empty, fries were fried moldy. Several drinks out in the drink dispenser. Floors aregross. Sunday evening and it took well over 20 minutes to place our order and another 10 to receive our order with moldy fries.Front cashier (maybe Justice) did his best to serve everyone and not show frustration, apologized for the wait and was veryrespectful throughout our visit. While waiting in line to place my order I noticed a employee taking pictures with a mobile phone of the vehicles in the parking... lot. Mine in particular. I asked and she replied that she wasn?t taking pictures and I told her it was on video showing she was.At this point she replied F$&k you sir. I exploded at this point and said things in response to her statement. I told her I wasgoing to talk to the manager and she said go ahead there he is. I followed her to the dumpster area where the manager(JoeySmith) was. Before I could tell him what was going on he threatened to call the Police. Several words were passed between us. Itshould be noted that I live 1/2 mile from this location and eat here 4-5 days a week. I have never had a problem before today.Matter of fact I have pulled the GM and his son aside and complimented them on several occasions. I will demand resolution forthe way I was disrespected by Joey Smith and the female picture taking employee. Read more
this is probably the worst experience i?ve ever had at a wendy?s. from the sounds of all the other reviews it looks like im not... the only one. im not exaggerating when i say the lady taking our order kept spitting loogies in a paper towel and then went tothe parking lot and started vigorously brushing her teeth. the coke freestyle machine had drinks unavailable, they were out ofsmall lids, and the whole place was grimy looking. Food was okay, think we came in at a bad time. We figured we'd come in and put in a mobile order and just be nice and wait. Got... it fairly quickly. Missed a lot of the standard ingredients/toppings/sauce (where was the mayo on the chicken sandwiches it wasjust bread..... And chicken). It started to become busier while we initially waited for food. Again, the food was decent,definitely a cost effective choice, but I'd recommend ordering ahead and checking on it. I know the service industry has taken abig hit over the past few years, 3 stars is the best here til next time. Read more

The hamburger didn't taste like a hamburger. Have the square hamburger patties been replaced? The drink machine was filthy.... The bottom had multiple syrup stains smeared on it. The fries were good. The cashier was really nice and accommodating. Theyoung man who seemed to be a shift leader seemed unqualified. Read more
