Food selection and quality has gone down. Waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries isn't fast food and $2 for 4oz of half way... decent coffee. No thanks Read more
I ended up waiting for my food for a total of 26 mins. It wasn't a huge order, I order 2 hot ham and cheese, an order of onion... rings, an order of fries and 2 shakes (the price for this small order was $31 and some change, used to be able to feed a familyof 5 easily with $30)... it took about 10 mins for anyone to even come to the window to take my money or acknowledge that theyknew I was there. No one ever did apologize for the wait or even acknowledge that it took forever; the service is usually muchbetter. The fella taking the money did not greet me in any way, he just threw the window ooen, yelled my total and stuck hishand out. No thanks you, hello, goodbye, NADA. There were 5 employees that I saw through the window and they were not that busy.I was the only one in the drive through and there were 2 cars in the lot (not sure if they were in the lobby or not). I love good Hardee?s! However, this location was no good. All of our food was cold. Our buns were very dry. And despite the good... being cold, the chicken was half burnt. And the help was not very helpful. There were about five people walking around the frontwhere we were the only people in the dining room, yet it took five minutes for them to noticed us before we ordered. And fiveminutes to notice again when we went up for sauce. Then AGAIN when we left and needed a to go bag to put our bad food in.
