In a small town, just outside of the taco capital of the planet, there is a humble taco truck. It shares space with a pre-fab... building shop. They have a small covered deck with two tables and 8 chairs. I know this will be hard to believe but, this tacotruck is special. I promise, this challenges the best tacos in the entire city. Yes, I know, that is mighty tall statement to bemaking. I stake my reputation on this, it's worth a drive from whatever corner of the city you are in. Make a day of it, goshopping at La Cantera, visit the rim, visit floores country store and hear some live music, but make sure you come here andorder a couple tacos, you won't regret it....
