Great Location and Great Food! Never had a bad order. Ive had every side available and almost every item on the menu. All good... choices. Recommend The Fried Pickles and Mac & Cheese for Sides. I feel so sad reviewing this but I hope someone from the store sees it and they can find ways to improve. I was so excited to... visit this place because it was my husband's first time at a Slims Chicken restaurant. Yet, unfortunately since the beginningcustomer service wasn't great. Not once did the staff smile or exchanged any pleasantries. As we waited for the food (about 20 -30 minutes) I went to the restroom to wash my hands and as soon as I went in, I got a foul smell. Not sure when was the lasttime they cleaned them. Once food arrived, I noticed there was a stand of hair in one of my chicken tenders ???? No joke, Ialmost puked. I guess it's true what they say: You can tell how clean a kitchen is by how clean their restrooms are. Ugh, I'mjust so disappointed. So I'm basing my review on my second recent visit. I gave Slims a second shot. Rating is 4 star because the food was hot and... they serviced with hospitality. The missed star is due to my food missing both times I went. I was even told in the drivethrough line to double check my food. I I had to check all my items and then ask for my drinks and desserts. I think theyprobably need to have an additional checker before the food gets handed over. One more thing. My salad was lacking its fullpotential. It wasn't full like the slim chickens on base gives out. This salad had very minimal toppings. I'll say it's due totheir packed lines and will try again to see if any changes are made. The food is good and I'm sure kids will love it.Especially their Mac and cheese. Just make sure to check your items before you leave. Read more
