I wish they would wear name tags so I could say who the rude guy that works here is. The attitude of this guy makes me second... guess coming here every time. He's the tall chubby one with curly hair, glasses and paints his nails. Seriously rude not just tome but to my kids as well! An ice cream shop should be a fun thing for kids. Read more
The young lady that served me today was excellent. She was very nice and her customer service was great. She was working alone... and there was a line of 3 people in front of me and she served us all with grace and attention to detail. Read more
I just visited this location with my 2 children and was absolutely shocked to see the way the Manager/Owner treated her staff.... She spent our whole visit yelling at her staff member and being disrespectful to her. Not only was she incredibly rude to herown staff but she was terribly rude to us. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone simply because of the horrible,disrespectful attitude of the owner/manager. Read more
