We were ordering from Dickey's Barbecue Pit at least twice a week as I had just got out of the hospital and couldn't do much... cooking. In the beginning it was good but the last 2 order's weren't edible. The brisket was burnt (and No we didn't requestburnt ends). One of the order's of fried okra was so salty it couldn't be eaten and we three it away. They never have the friedonion strings and both times I paid for extra onions and pickles but didn't receive them. Read more

Just left and here's my experience. Got in line with only one guy ahead of me and another 2 customers joined in, but rather... than taking our orders so that we could browse around the store, she made us wait to leisurelessly prepare only one guys smallorder, avoiding eye contact, knowing full and well what she was doing was annoying, finally returns to the register. I ask forbrisket fries and she then tells me the fryer is broken. One, I doubt that I'm willing to bet it simply wasn't turned on. Two,it would have been nice to know before having to wait forever for nothing. Good riddance. Read more
