My experience was terrible. we came through the drive thru around 10:20 pm and placed our order. our receipt was not readable... and when we pulled up to get the food our order was wrong. we told young lady at window and she tried correcting, but we stillwas missing food. then another lady came to window with an attitude, raising her voice saying we did not order what we said. Shewas very argumentative.we showed her our receipt and then she said she made all of what we ordered then slammed the window andwalked off. We sat there and waited for someone to come back, and the lady that was working the pay window( whom was polite)came up and took receipt and stated she is going to look up our order. i showed her our bag of food to verify what we hadmissing since they stated they cannot take it back after giving it to us Of course they came and said our order was correct. SMH. The one employee needs to be terminated. She is extremely rude , and doesn't deserve to work in customer service. Read more
This is always the slowest drive thru. Cold food. I live out of town but pass through Hendon way in and out from visiting... family. It's been a long tike since I went back after last visit. Well, kid wanted mcdonalds Soni figured I'd give it a shot.Waited in line for 35 minutes. 3 cars from speaker. Food was so bad that my kid wouldn't even eat her nuggets. You knowsomethings not right when a 7 year old won't eat their nuggets because they are "hard and cold". At the payment window the guywas talking about having to blow his nose..... sweating bullets. The young lady at the food window was too busy frinking hercoffee and talking while I waited an extra 3 minutes for her to grab a chocolate milk. No thanks. I'll drive to Madisonvillenext time. They did not get the order right after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I pulled over and looked at my order before I left the... parking lot. They didn't put lemon or Splenda in my unsweetened tea. There were no straws in the sack. And they put pickles onthe sandwich after I told them not to. When I went in to get my order corrected the staff, which was about 8 just standingaround talking, said oh we are sorry. I asked why they never get it right and especially having all this staff just standingaround talking. None of the 8 were doing anything. The food is overpriced and not that good, but yet I have to wait in thedrive thru for 30 minutes and then park and go in to get my order corrected. I'm done with McDonald's!!!! Read more
Our food was the worst it has ever been at McDs. The buns were hard, burgers dry, barely any condiments on them. The spicy... chicken was a tiny piece of breaded chicken with some sort of hot sauce to make it "spicy" but it was also over cooked and dry.Play yard still closed. Super disappointed in this whole trip. Read more

The service was terrible ,the wait on someone too take orders was well over a 5- 10 mintue wait lobby was packed with people... workers were complaining about working over their shift time and left one worker didn't want take orders she also werecomplaining it was at leat 45mins or s before the Managers on duty came out to assist I waited an hour one my food because Ihad paid at the kiosk one of the worst experiences I have had traveling and stopping for food Read more
