Additional Information
Orders on line, waited an additional ten minutes from projected pick up time. Restaurant had a few customers dining, 2... additional customers in line. After checking for order, which was not available, advised an employee who stated it would beright out. During the additional 25 minute wait, witness one employee ( cashier) so involved with his cell phone text almost runinto chaos that had to step aside before he ran into them. No one was interested in their work or providing service, quiteembarrassing. This store continually goes from good to bad over night and slowly back again. One of my favorite quick and healthy meal restaurant. The staff here are pretty great and always amazing at keeping the line... moving fast. So I have never waited to long ???? I love their yummy big salads and quesadillas with whole wheat tortilla , alsoone of the things I like about this place too ,is that all the ingredients are freshly prepared and served in front of you andyou can customize your order in any way you want. Everything they have is fresh and delicious. Love that they make fresh tortillas. They also have a good rewards app where you can earn free meal when you collect enough points. We are frequentvisitors at Cafe Rio . We always have good experiences. If we experience a problem they are quick to resolve it . This isdefinitely our go-to for Mexican-American food with healthy options. Read more
I stopped in yesterday and the line was really long and barely moving so I left as I had groceries in the car. I went home and... ordered online and it stated it would be ready in 20 mins. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready and waited another 25 - 30min. They said their computer system went down. Several grub hub drivers just left. But when I got the food home, it didn'tappear to be fresh like it was made and sitting there. Very disappointing. Read more

They ?didn?t see our order? and... after watching tons of guest go through the line her eventually gets the order 35 minutes past the promised time. The managercouldn?t have cared any less and made no attempts to make the situation right other than to point to the bag with a phone numberwe could call to complain.
