I was going to chipotle but it was crowded and my husband told me to try Cafe Rio and I'm so glad i did. It was very good and... fresh. I saw them shredding cheese and making dough I mean it was awesome. The cashier was nice it being my first visit and alland offered me chips and Queso with my meal. Still one of my favorite places to eat. We go so frequently and every time it's good. The queso is such a great balance of hot... and creamy. If you haven't at least tried the sweet pork you're missing out. Mix it with their house sauce and you've got abeautiful clash of flavors. My partner loves the steak quesadilla.
