Too much sweet salad, Pastrami too salty, and white bread on a pastrami sandwich, really?
We ordered The Bobbie from a Different Location! We got home and the Bobbie was only turkey and dressing... not what we... order. Making a drive back Toward the University from Henderson was a no go... I came to this location and walked in andexplain to the manager whose name is Shane that we ordered at the Paradise location and the order was wrong is there anythingthat he could do. -Knowing the Caprottis are individually owned and operate. One simple, request. Please mark the sandwiches that you make. This is not the first time we've gotten a completely different... order than what I placed online. There were 2 orders sitting on the counter that were ready when I walked in. It was dead inthere and the 2 guys were sitting in the back which isn't a big deal. However I was given the wrong order...yet again. Pleaseguys...just get my dang order right. $45 for sandwiches sucks to pay as it is...even more when you get home with something youdon't enjoy at all. Read more

Capriottis used to be a solid go to in my book with good environment and food. Now they can't seem to keep employees, everyone... seems miserable and the food quality and wait times are not good. Maybe it's a corporate thing and can't handle too manylocations. Not the capriottis of old.. that's for sure. Only get a 2nd star for the memories! Read more
