I?m rating this particular location a one. I wish I could give zero stars. I love Del Taco but this particular location, service... was terrible. They messed up my order twice. The first time they gave me someone else?s order. I was about to request a refundbecause on the second time, they still forgot my one stuffed quesadilla taco; carne asada. But because they were taking too longto refund me, I asked for my order to go. And I?m not sure if the female that was working there was a manager but she wasn?tnice to them at all. She kept talking down at them. Very unprofessional. Especially in front of customers. Someone needs to gocheck that out. Because I can tell that one of the male employees was ready to quit. Adding on, after reading several otherreviews, this location either needs to be shut down or change staffing completely including management. It?s not fair tocustomers to receive such terrible customer service! Please corporate do something about it. I don?t live here but I do feel badfor the people that live in Henderson. Read more

Maybe it's because I'm from California and the Del Tacos out there are great. I don't know. But what I do know is that this Del... Taco is absolutely horrible. We moved out here back in December. Since then we've been to this Del Taco (the only one in ourarea), 3 times. Every time it's been awful. Whether it's the old soggy fries,... The poor excuse for a quesadilla, or justforgetting all of the sauces that were ordered using the mobile app. I swear to the heavens that we will NEVER be back to thislocation. I actually just remembered that we have been to the other location that's further up Boulder highway, going towardsBoulder city.
