I tried calling the store to tell them my gate code, and I literally had to listen to around 5 minutes of ads by them before I... could speak to someone. The recording even had the gall to say, "Hate to wait?..." Then there was a bunch of clicking and theyhung up on me. I called back and pressed 1 to 'place and order' and spoke to some creepy sounding lady who then transferred meto the store. The store said, "oh I had a bad phone cord and had to replace it, and we only have 1 driver...." sheeesh.Domino's, get your act together. I would give 0 stars if possible. I had a extremely dangerous and scary encounter with one of their drivers on the road on my... way home. I called to notify them, just so that they were aware (wasn?t trying to get anything or get anyone in trouble). Thedriver answered the phone and asked me what my call was regarding and I was honest and explained the situation. He thenproceeded to get aggressive and abrasive with me and said he was the driver and he refused to connect me with a manager. I askedFOUR times to speak with a manager and I told him I was recording the call which I think scared him and he then connected mewith Amber. I explained the situation to Amber and while she was much more professional she refused give me his name (so when ifollow up with corporate I don?t have any specific information). I then explained to her that at this point I was much morefrustrated with the encounter I had with him on the phone and she just said she would document it. I will absolutely never comehere or to any Dominos again since they clearly do not care about safety or having quality staff members. Read more
Normally I have nothing to say Im not a customer who complains considering im in the same industry but this evening All I can do... is get my feedback it took 10 minutes and 50 seconds to place my order by phone with a domino's representative. The order wasdelivered partially wrong II ordered the fudge cake I received 3 burnt crispy desserts II ordered the pasta I received a pizzawith sausage and pepperoni's please note I do not eat pepperoni or sausage.
