Beware the automatic 20% tip scam. I have long been a fan of Hummus Bowls & Wraps, and I still like their food. However, a recent event causes me to question their honesty and business practices. On a recent visit, after paying by credit card for the two bowls that I ordered, I noticed on the checkout screen that the charge for the meals seemed unreasonably high. Upon further investigation, I found that the charge included a 20% tip that I had not authorized. When I questioned the employee who had taken my credit card, I was told that the system "automatically adds a 20% tip" unless I select otherwise. This was not called to my attention when I was checking out. I am elderly, and I was fortunate to catch this unauthorized charge. I could have easily missed it. I believe the employee should have mentioned that I had to take an action in order to avoid being charged an unauthorized amount. In my opinion, this restaurant is deliberately trying to scam their customers, especially the vulnerable elderly, with this sneaky "automatic" charge. If there is to be an automatic default selection of a tip, it should be zero, and then allow the customer to add the tip of his choice depending on his evaluation of the service.

This was a fantastic hummus bowl. If there were so many varieties of things you could add on to your bowl. I will definitely be coming back.

My Disabled Wife Enjoys a Bowl Occasionally! Healthy & very tasty. She makes two meals out of just one bowl it is so big. I wish I could afford a bowl, too. Costs have gone up duebto inflation we understand so it makes a bowl plus decent tip (deserved) expensive for us (around $13). We highly recommend Hummus without any compensation for this review.

I love this place. Feels less like eating from a food chain and feels closer to eating at home, while also eating out. Perfect pick me up after gym, and I love how all the ingredients always taste really fresh. The strawberry ? Fields smoothie is absolutely delicious also.

Out of towner review: Awesome lunch spot I came across here. Bowls are MASSIVE! The hummus was awesome, love how they coated the whole bowl with it. The chicken was perfectly cooked. I also appreciated the slew of ingredients you can choose from to top your bowl off. The line got pretty long, so recommend ordering ahead of time to skip the wait. The price for every came out to just under $15, which is a little high maybe for lunch, but with all the food you got, it was worth it. Overall, highly recommend stopping by HUMMUS for a delicious and healthy option. Note: pic is just of mixing the bowl up. Much pretty looking prior to diving in, I was too hungry to wait :)

I love this place. Whenever I go the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend trying the artichoke Hummus it?s delicious. The only thing I would recommend is that the doors to the entrance as well as the threshold and floors of the lobby could be a little bit cleaner but other than that this place gets two thumbs up in my book.

I had take out from here the other night and it was delicious! I've not been to the actual location so I can't say anything about the ambiance but the food is bomb! My husband had a pita and I had a bowl. The portions were big, we were both stuffed when fished. I wish I would have taken a picture but we ate it too fast.

First time tried. My family, my husband and two girls, loved loved the food and the staffs are so nice and friendly! We will definitely be frequent customers ! The garlic sauce(?) is Bomb!
