Very nice place to stop and grab a bite, and use the restroom. It was clean and the employees were all friendly and helpful. Not as good as it used to be. The prime rib was over cooked and cold when served. My wife's lobster had gravy all over it then... when we told them about the lobster they took it in the back and it seemed like they wiped it off and reheated it and came backin less then 5 minutes stating that it was new. They didn't have time to cook another one and this time it was burnt and likerubber. We where here with 5 adults and a child and all the adults meals of steaks looked gross and no one ate much. My nephew,the child ordered pancakes and that looked to be the only thing worth eating. It is a shame. We used to love going here, but itseems the new owners don't care about the cafe. Worst $86+ plus tip I spent in some time. Feel bad for the server because he wasa nice guy, but the good was so bad that I will not be coming back unless I hear things change for the better. I like the way they have modeled the parking lot. Easy access to and from the freeway. Staff was nice. Drink servers were on it.... We ate at the cafe. Food could have been better. Took a look at the buffet but dint feel $19.99 is worth the choices they have.Yes its seafood and they have crab legs, lobster claws, etc... but I could go into henderson and get the same food for $5cheaper. Sorry, I don't know anything about the casino because I was only interested in parking here during my ten hour break. As far as... truck parking is concerned, it's a very good place for parking and there are plenty off spots. I imagine that if you're intocasinos and such you can have a ball here. I saw the cops patrolling the area so that was good to know that there were securityas well. Read more
