I loved our waitress, the place is still the same. We went around lunch time on Monday and it was perfect, wasn't crowded or... packed. I ordered the Key west chicken and ????. It wasn't my thing, next time I'll order my regular. Other than that,appetizers came on time and was great. My girls had a wonderful time as well. Out of town guest - we don't have a Cheddar's in my hometown, so I love to stop by one whenever I can. We ordered & started... receiving our drinks, then our appetizers...asked for croissants & was told they ran out....wow! Food arrived and it was blah. Ihad to send my steak back twice, but it was finally cooked right. Which meant my sides got cold. Oh, and I got charged fullprice for 3 pieces of a onion. Smh! It would have been nice to have a warning about the bread since that's what we really camefor....we would have visited the next day! We stopped here for dinner. Most of the staff did not show up for work and there was just the Manager, one server and not sure... how many chefs. But the Manager was cooking and the wonderful server was fantastic ! She went beyond what most do. Thecroissants were an incredible surprise. Both our meals were very good, we took home doggy bags.. Our meal came out on a timelymanner and was delicious!! It was our first time ever eatting at A Cheddar and we would highly recommend it. Congratulations tothe small reliable staff for keeping it all going. Restaurant was spotless as well, there was a gal tidying up the floors aftereach diner left.
