Update: I've been back a few times over the last few weeks and the service is much much better than it was. My wife and I get... our deserts here more frequently with how pleasant the visits have been lately. Huge improvement from just roughly 1.5+ monthsago. Multiple times now, I've tried to go through the drive thru. Sat in line with a few other people and waited 10 minswithout anybody on the speaker answering. At 10pm on the dot they answer the speaker and then tell us that they are closed. Justwanted 2 blizzards that take 2 minutes to make. Either bad management or lazy employees that have done this multiple times. Thefood is already terrible, the customer service is just as bad. The only thing decent they have is their ice cream. But evenworking late, trying to get ice cream for my wife and I, it's a gamble of they will stand us up for 10+ minutes to tell us theyare closed or if they will get us through the line quickly. Just a few weeks ago I got to the speaker 2 minutes before closeand they ended up getting 3 people through the line in 4 minutes. That was great! But it seems like more and more frequently,they just leave people at the speaker for a while and then answer the speaker to tell everyone they are closed. Read more
Ordered 3 blizzard s in drive thru. Waited 30 min. At window employee started giving wrong order, had to correct and show... receipt of what we ordered and still gave wrong blizzards. Also it was not ice cream but ice milk. Food too expensive forwrong item. Will not see me there again. Unsupervised teenagers improperly trained. Read more
I've been to good DQ's this one needs some work... extremely slow service,,, Saw the guy in front of us try to correct his... order... dining room is closed & the line is around the building so I hated that for him Finally got my blizzard after 15minsor so of waiting, and he dumped the filling out on the concrete.... he didnt know what to do... so he... handed to me.. icecream everywhere...
