If I Could Give This Establishment A Big Fat ZERO(0) I Would, I Walked In For A Pick Up Order And The Woman Behind The Register... Yells Out "NO CASH! NO CASH HERE" In A Shaken Up Frighten Voice... At That Moment I Felt Extremely Racially Profiled As A BLACKMALE. The Lady Behind The Counter Assumed That I Was Trying To Rob The Restaurant Instead Of Listening To What I Was Trying ToTell Her, She Kept On Asking Me "What Do U Want" While Blatantly Ignoring Me. Consistently yummy food. Man of the house is a pad thai connoisseur and he’s in love. It’s not nearly as greasy as most pad... thai dishes you’ll discover, locally. Reasonably priced and fast to prepare, as well as deliver. The only fail I had was adish where I picked tofu as my protein, with the intention of eating more veggies than protein, and I got a big old bowl offried tofu with a small serving of veg. The flavor was still great. Curries rock. The ginger root is legit. This is excellentstuff. Update: pad prik pla muk (squid curry) was my go-to. Last 2 times I ordered this, it was excessively oily, and theportions smaller (even the veggies were light). Also, on the “Beyond Menu” app, it makes you pick a protein and pay up forit. It’s a squid curry so I’m not sure why I’m paying more for the squid. Pad Thai is still a staple best but I’m notsure I’d go for a curry again. Coconut milk emulsifies when it’s cooked correctly, so a film of oil is not appealing, and anindication of additional oil that shouldn’t be there. The “app for 2” has really good tempura shrimp and really goodveggie spring rolls, but really bad wontons and very average dumplings. Read more
Not sure of the high ratings. My food was pretty bad. I got the drunken noodles with shrimp as my protein. The noodles were all... stuck together (weird texture) and the shrimp looked like they just threw them on top w/ no seasoning or flavor. Usually when I go to this restaurant for lunch the food is good and fast as I only had little time for break. Theres one... waitress who is ok but the young boy is excellent. I went there recently and it would be my last. I walked in and saw thewaitress see me walk in. I sat down and waited as it was more busy than usual. I want to point out that I was the only AfricanAmerican in the restaurant not to say that it was racial but that I stood out like a sore thumb. A man comes in behind me at shewaits on him. Because of my limit time I get up to leave to walk past her but she says nothing. It's the worst feeling and nota huge restaurant. Read more
