W.O.W. !!! I've been here here a few times now and this is my go to spot when in Henrietta. Their flavors are on point and... everything is cooked perfectly. I love all the options as well. Edit: Just went in 9/18/2022 and bought my favorite combo. Onthe way home, was almost in an accident and my food spilled all over. It broke my heart but I decided to go back to buy anothercombo (WORTH EVERY PENNY). When I get there, they recognized my face and asked me what was up. I showed them the picture of myfood as I laughed about my luck and they REMADE my order for FREE!!!! I love this place. I will send everyone there I can!!Thank you so much!!!! Read more

Smoked meat with a side of patriotism. No shortage per capita of good Q in the 585, and Mission BBQ?s value add to the scene... seems to be a fun, and lighthearted, if heavy-handed, helping of good ol? USA love for country, mom and apple pie. Themilitary/first responder/LEO theme certainly captures the zeitgeist of the day, and who?s going to have a problem withthat? Unfortunately the theme is better executed than the food. Brisket was over-cooked yet somehow lacking in smoke flavor. The jalapeño and cheddar sausage was more flavorful than the brisket, but again lacking that smoky bite that good Q shouldfeature. Potato salad was a plus, but on a plate with brisket and sausage that?s a backhanded compliment. They have a six packof sauces that more or less run the gamut across the classic American BBQ regions, plus a couple bonus choices, on thetable. Sadly I?d say Mission isn?t even the best Q on their street, and no higher than 4th best in Roch - among the well-knownoptions. Read more

Loved how this establishment honours are service men and women and our vets. I had the Black Plate Special the Hawaiian Rib Eye... with there delish Mac and cheese and cole slaw. My husband had the 2 meat sampler with jalapeno chorizo sausage and pulled porkwith the Mac and cheese. He thoroughly enjoyed it all. We then split a pipping hot peach cobbler AND it was amazing ???? Went here for lunch with my mother and we both enjoyed our meals. It was our first time going so we didn't know much of what to... expect outside of what was on their website. She ordered a two meat combo (brisket and pulled pork) with sides of bacon greenbeans/mac n cheese, and a single St Louis spare rib. I ordered the brisket meat market XXL combo, with two sides (mac n cheese &baked cheesy potatoes), and I got two each of baby back ribs and St Louis ribs. We also got 2 of the commemorative cups that youtake home and they donate a portion of it to a Veterans charity. All in all it was over $60. It struck us as a little high butwe didn't overly mind. They initially forgot my cheesy baked potatoes, but a very kind and incredible waitress clearedeverything up. The real standouts were the ribs by far!! While the baby back ribs were more tender (melt in your mouth, falloff the bone tender!), I thought the St Louis spare ribs had a bit more flavor. All of the sides were very tasty and while theyinitially look small there's actually quite a bit there. The let-down of our order was the brisket. While it was in no way bad,it had a dryness and toughness to it that I haven't come across before. At the very end of last year I went down to Houston tovisit a friend and had some real authentic Texas brisket, and compared to this it was night and day. I would definitely comeback here, and I will definitely recommend the ribs!! Read more
