We just ordered 2 large Carmel Mcfrappes waited 30 minutes,after the person told us to pull over in the reserved parking and... they would bring them out, after not seeing our frappes not coming out, I went inside and asked about our drinks and I was toldthat they had given them to the car behind us, that they would make us another, they said sorry, but I had to wait another 20 to30 minutes. i ordered a bacon quarter with no bun, received the wrong order (we ordered through drive through and got a LOBBY order), then... when my mother drives back up there to fix it she is disrespected and laughed at by crew members, when we got the right burgerbarely any toppings were touching the meat as if they did it purposefully, called them literally 8 separate times and did notanswer once except for the last call when i was interrupted trying to explain and Dolores, the manager, told me to call backlater and when i did, no answer, i really don?t get how they?re still open.
