Ordered the special delivered on a Saturday night while visiting Duluth and the pizzas were awful. The parmesan bites were... fresh and great, but the pizzas were so bad we threw 3/4 out. Almost like they had been made ahead and were sitting. Not whatwe have come to expect from Dominos. Read more
I always have good pizza and service but I dont understand why they don't wear gloves. Kinda weird. Otherwise I love their pizza
I usually do the online order and get the curbside pick up. I enjoy Domino's pizza and the prices are reasonable. Store is... always clean and tidy, with friendly staff working the counter. Read more
IF they answer they put you on hold before you can say anything then leave you there. If you order online, they won't see your... online order till you're standing there asking for your order which means you're waiting AT LEAST twice as long for food. Thisis a consistent problem that is taking too long to find a solution for. If you're short people, you need to find a way to denyorders. Don't accept it, say someone is prepping it that it will be ready at a certain time then consistently not even start theorder till the person shows up half hour later. Multiple bad experiences and long wait time for curbside pick-up...will give them no more of my money!! Terrible management,... with no communication skills regarding their mess up!! Manager lied to me about my pizza just coming out of the oven afterwaiting 20 minutes in the parking lot...I was watching their staff movements the whole time from my vehicle!! I wish I could give this restaurant -3 stars. I called at 6:30 and ordered a few pizzas to be delivered at 7:30. At 8:00 I... called to see what the ETA was. I was understanding due to weather that they would be late and wasn't mad. At 8:35 the deliveryperson shows up and because he had problems getting into the driveway he just left. Didn't call to see if we could meet him atthe end of the driveway he just left. I had to call the restaurant and the manager said 'oh you can come pick it up and we willgive you $10 off' because they had other orders they had to deliver. At that point the pizza was an hour late as it was. This isnot how you run a business. Shows a lack of care for customers. I will never give this place business. Read more
