The day I went I had to wait 45 minutes in line. Not sure what was going on, I can understand large orders maybe.... But I... ordered one specialty steak burrito. Still can't dine in. Bags are always missing things. Food is usually made wrong. We recently got little kibble charcoal bits... instead of the potatoes in EVERY item. They must have made a bad batch and still served it. I couldn't believe it. Occasionallyyou will get a good shift. It is very rare. Cold, stale, yucky. I went to the location in Kennewick and was BLOWN AWAY by howmuch better it was than Hermiston. Night and day difference. I had forgotten what good Taco Bell tasted like until then.
