My s/o is a delivery driver for DoorDash in Hermitage and I decided to go in and get a customers order for him. I went in, one... greeted me while doing their cleaning and I went through to see if the order was ready on the shelf, it was not. So I stood andwaited like I would any other restaurant and finally someone got to me, I told them I had a DoorDash and they went and packed itup. When the lady (the one that was cleaning) went to hand it to me, she said that I should?ve let someone know that I was herefor a DoorDash and that they cannot read my mind (I didn?t want to disturb her doing her job by cleaning and the other lady Isaw I thought was on break because she was sitting in the dining area). There was also no one there to tell if I was there toorder or not. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had just received the order and that I was either early or there wassomething wrong with their system or doordashes, and handed me the food. I just said okay, and left. By the time I got to thedoor I was crying. I have never had someone be so rude in a food establishment. We had visited Pita in New Castle and were really happy with it. I had the Gyro and the Pita was very dry. It was overloaded... with lamb but some of it was very dry. Used part of my salad to lighten it up after taking off a lot of the lamb. Hubby hadthe fish and was okay with it. Read more
We went here for lunch with the kiddos. They had lots of reasonably priced pita/sandwiches/salads. Friendly folks there too.... Everything was clean, the food was pretty good, and we all left with smiles. Read more
