I give this place 5 stars ???? for the stuffed crab cakes very delicious seasoned well I only wish you could order 6 or 10 at a... time. I sat at the bar another 5 stars for the drink I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and I could taste all 7 liquors not watereddown at all it was so strong I could not even drink the second one my sister ordered for me now you know that's a well madedrink when you can't drink two back to back. The bartender was friendly, respectful and funny. I could tell he loved his careeras a mixologist/ bartender. The place was not crowed and the restroom was clean no bad or foul smells. Point is I will be backwhen I visit my sister again love it. Read more

The food was fantastic, as expected. On this visit they were short staffed and we were asked if we could wait 10 min for a... table. "Sure, no problem, can we get a Coke and a water while we wait?". We get a water in a to go cup and told we can't havethe soda. Not sure what was up with that, I was able to get it at our table. Waitress could have had a better sense ofurgency. All in all, we were in no rush so it didn't matter to us, and I think this was a one off from the norm. We will beback. Read more

The Hermitage location used to be great. Had take out for family tonight. What a hot mess. Over cooked chicken tenders. Cod was... dipped in same over cooked coating. Fries were ok. The rolls were flat. I'd rather not repeat the mistake of wasting my time andresources like this again. What has happened to quality control? Read more

One of the few long-running (founded in 1971) restaurant chains started in Nashville w/no doubt, the best rolls in the business!... O'Charleys (and their chix tenders) were ALWAYS my daughter's first choice when she was younger. The tenders are even betternow, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A visit on Wednesday treats you to a slice of free pie, but I'll say beingfrom the South they fall a bit short of the pies my Grandmother, Mother and Aunts put out on the holidays. I can't speak toother locations but there's always a welcoming atmosphere at the Hermitage location which is accompanied by great service. Oneof the few chains I'll patronize regularly. Recently, ordered the fish and chips. I was excited for golden brown, beer-batteredcrispy fillets, but although it had good flavor the fish was not as crispy as I was hoping. And, the sweet potato fries weresoggy. I've had much better at O'Charley?s so I give this dining experience a 3. Must to try: Tenders, Catfish (farm raised, good seasoning and not a strong fish taste), Southern Fried Chix Salad, Nash Hot Chix Sandwich, Prime Rib SteakhouseBurger Want to try: Shrimp Poboy, Cajun Chix Pasta, and Carolina Gold BBQ Chix Sandwich Missed the Mark: Apple and PeachCobbler - Both of the crusts had good flavor, but seemed to not be baked through as it was not golden brown and flaky. To add,the peach cobbler had a strong, off putting after taste. These will not pass in the South. Read more

Food was ok to good. Unfortunately in the post Covid age they could use more help. No criticism of the wait staff as they were... doing their best. The place really needs deep cleaned. The carpets smell and are well past due being replaced. The light shadesat each table have a good layer of dust on them. Table seemed to be cleaned ok. Read more
